These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and William Robbins, a sole proprietor doing business as Wilco Land Clearing ("William Robbins," "Wilco Land Clearing," "we," "us"). By using wilcolandclearing.com or texting our business number, you agree to these terms.

Our service

Wilco Land Clearing connects Williamson County property owners with local land clearing crews. Submitting a quote request is not a contract for work; any work is agreed separately in a written quote.

Messaging terms

Text messages are optional. You receive SMS messages from William Robbins, doing business as Wilco Land Clearing, about your quote request, scheduling, and follow-up only if you check the optional text-message consent box on our quote form or text us first. Consent to texts is not a condition of getting a quote or any service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
