About Wilco Land Clearing
Williamson County is growing fast, and Liberty Hill is right in the middle of it. More land is changing hands, more lots are getting built on, and more landowners are dealing with cedar that's taken over pasture that used to be open. We built Wilco Land Clearing to make one part of that easier: getting a straight answer on what it costs to clear your land, and getting a local crew out to do it.
What We Do
Wilco Land Clearing connects property owners in Liberty Hill and the surrounding area with local land clearing crews. You tell us what you need — cedar thinning, forestry mulching, a building pad cleared, a fence line opened back up — and we arrange for the right crew to walk your property, quote it, and do the work.
We're not a call center reading off a script, and we're not a national franchise quoting sight unseen. Every job gets a real site visit before pricing, because anyone who tells you a per-acre number without seeing your land is guessing.
Why We Exist
Land clearing pricing in this area is confusing if you've never done it before. Ranges swing from $1,500 an acre to $8,000 an acre depending on factors most landowners have never had to think about — brush density, terrain, disposal method, whether you need stumps out or just brush thinned. A lot of people either overpay because they didn't know what questions to ask, or get a lowball quote over the phone that turns into a very different number once a crew shows up.
We think landowners deserve a straight answer up front: what your land actually needs, what it'll cost, and why. That's the whole idea behind this site — real information, real ranges, and a quote process that doesn't waste your time.
Our Service Promise
- We walk your property before quoting. No guessing off a phone call for anything beyond the simplest job.
- You get a written quote that spells out method, what's included, and what's not.
- We tell you what your land actually needs, not what's easiest to sell. If mulching gets you where you want to go for less than a full dozer job, we'll say so.
- We flag oak wilt risk and property line questions before cutting anything, not after.
- No games on pricing. What we quote is what you pay, barring something we couldn't see from the ground before starting — and we'll always tell you before that changes anything.
